Tiffany Mercer

My name is Tiffany and I am a member of our paralegal team. I have been working as a paralegal in Texas for six years. While most of my work has been in family law, I have experience with criminal and civil law as well. However, family law is my passion. I started my paralegal journey in Louisiana, where I worked as a paralegal for six years as well. I have a bachelor’s degree from Centenary College of Louisiana where I majored in English literature. I am a former teacher and developed a love for helping others. As a paralegal, I work closely with clients daily to ensure the best possible outcome for them for their unique situation. Family law is similar to the classroom in that, like my former students, every client is different and they have different needs and goals, so I remain flexible in handling my cases and personalize service for each client. My goal as a paralegal is not only to make the legal process as painless as possible for the client, but also to help people pursue a fresh start. Divorce and changes in custody are life altering issues, and it is my privilege to work with people to better their lives for their children and families.
